RULES &POLICIES

RESERVATION POLICY:

All Reservations will require a ONE NIGHT DEPOSIT from a *valid*
credit card.

*(If the credit card is invalid, your site will not be reserved!)*

CANCELLATION POLICY:

NO DEPOSIT REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY
CANCELLATIONS.
WE WILL CHARGE ALL RESERVED DATES FOR ANY
CANCELLATIONS WITHOUT A 3 DAYS NOTICE PRIOR TO THE
RESERVED DATE
There will be a cancellation fee for all reserved dates for a
cancellation that has been made on the date of your arrival
All Cancellation Fees will be charged at regular price, even to
those who are Good Sam Members

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY:

CAMPGROUND CHECK-IN TIME is after 1:00 P.M.!
Campers that check in before 1:00 p.m. will be charged $10
per hour early!
CAMPGROUND CHECK-OUT TIME is 11:00 A.M.!

Campers who do not check-out by 11:00 A.M. will be charged
$10 for every hour stayed past check-out time!

Lodgers who do not check-out by 11:00 A.M. will be charged
$10 for every hour stayed past check-out time!

VISITOR POLICY:

Visitors are allowed in the campground only after checking in
at the office.
Any visitors who would like to stay overnight must pay $3.00
per person and a vehicle parking fee ($5.00 each car per
night)

PET POLICIES:

NO PETS ALLOWED IN ROOMS
NO PETS ALLOWED ON TENT SITES
Pets must be leashed at ALL TIMES!
Please clean up after your pets! Violators will be subject to a
$100.00 FINE!
Campers out with pets must accompany their pets at all times.
NO attack dogs are allowed in our campground.

CAMPGROUND RULES:

To RENEW SITES or EXTEND STAYS, campers must come to the
office for re-registration.
Quiet time is from 10:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M.
Please do NOT flush sanitary napkins or stones down sewers.
Please refrain from participating in recreational activities that
may disturb nearby campers.
PLEASE PUT ALL TRASH IN THE DUMPSTER!
If you would like to wash your vehicle on your campsite, a fee
of $5.00 per vehicle washed must be paid at the office.
Parents are responsible for their children. For safety, please
do not let them run through the campsites.
Children under 12 MUST be accompanied by a
parent/guardian or an adult.
Vehicles are prohibited on the grass! Please park your
vehicles on the stone pavement!
Good Sam members MUST show there Good Sam Card during
registration. (Without the Good Sam Card, you will not get 10%
off)
Anyone under 21 years of age must be accompanied by an
adult 21 years or older. Campers are subject to being asked
for a source of ID to validate their age!

ROOM RULES:

**Please read the "CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY" section
listed above for check-in and check-out times.**
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN OR NEAR THE ROOMS
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE ROOMS
Lodgers may be fined if their room is found to have been left
untidy or damaged.
Room Keys must be returned at the office by check-out time.
If not checked-out by 11:00 A.M., lodgers may be subjected to
extra charges.
Please turn off all power in the room before leaving.

SWIMMING POOL RULES:

Swimming pool has NO LIFEGUARD. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Children under 16 years old MUST be accompanied by an
adult while using the swimming pool.

CAMPFIRE RULES:

Due to the high endangerment that trees face from tree-
killing insects, the United States Department of Agriculture
(USDA) Forest Services kindly asks all campers to
COMPLETELY USE ALL FIREWOOD when having a campfire.
It is also advised by the USDA Forest Services that any and all
firewood left unused should be DISCARDED and NOT
BROUGHT ALONG WITH CAMPERS to their destinations.
