RULES &POLICIES
RESERVATION POLICY:
  • All Reservations will need a ONE DAY DEPOSIT from a credit card.  
    The deposit will be charged when the reservation is made.
(When the credit card is invalid, your site will not be reserved!)
  • MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER TO REGISTER FOR A CAMP SITE!


CANCELLATION POLICY:
  • THERE IS A ONE DAY CHARGE FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS
  • WE WILL CHARGE ALL RESERVED DATES FOR ANY
    CANCELLATIONS WITHOUT A 3 DAYS NOTICE PRIOR TO THE
    RESERVED DATE
  • There will be a cancellation fee for all reserved dates for a
    cancellation that has been made on the date of your arrival
  • All Cancellation Fees will be charged as a regular price, even to
    those who are Good Sam Members


CHECK IN & CHECK OUT POLICY:
  • CHECK IN TIME is after 1:00PM !
  • If you would check in before 1:00pm, you will be charged extra!
  • CHECK OUT TIME is 11:00AM!
(If you stay after 11:00AM, you will be charged half day until 2:00PM.
If you do not leave by 2:00PM, you will be charged another night!)
  • We do not give refunds if you leave early.

VISITOR POLICY:
  • Visitors are allowed in the campground as long as you check-in
    with the office.
  • Any visitors who would like to stay overnight must pay $3.00 per
    person and a vehicle parking fee ($5.00 each car per night)


PET POLICIES:
  • We welcome pets on leashes at ALL TIMES!
  • Please clean up after your pets, or otherwise be subject to a $100.00
    Fine!
  • Please leave dogs inside RVs when there is no camper available.
  • Please NO attack and bark dogs!


CAMPGROUND RULES:
  • To RENEW sites, please come to the office to re-register  NO
    EXCEPTIONS!
  • Quiet time is 10:00PM - 8:00AM
  • Please do NOT flush sanitary napkins & stones down sewers.
  • No recreational activities to infringe on nearby campsites
  • Please put all your trash in the dumpster
  • Please do NOT wash cars on the CAMPSITES!
  • Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children.  For
    safety, please do not let them run through the campsites.
  • Children under 12 MUST be accompanied by a parent, a guardian,
    or an ADULT.
  • Vehicles are prohibited on the grass!  Please park your vehicles
    on the stone pavement!
  • Good Sam members MUST show there Good Sam Card during
    registration.  (Without the Good Sam Card, You will not get 10% off)
  • Anyone Under 21 years old must be accompanied by a person
    who is 21 years or older.   We will be asking for your drivers
    license or other source of ID to check your age!


SWIMMING POOL RULES:
  • Swimming pool has NO LIFEGUARD.  SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!
  • Children under 16 years old MUST be accompanied by an adult
    while using the swimming pool.
